What is Account Ownership Transfer?

Whether itโ€™s a team reshuffle, a change in management, or any other reason that necessitates a switch in account handlers, our new feature ensures a seamless transition. With Account Ownership Transfer, you can now transfer the owner of your account to another user with just a few clicks.

Key Benefits:

  1. Effortless Transition: No need to manually re-enter data or set up a new account from scratch. A few clicks, and the new owner is all set.

  2. Data Security: Rest assured that all your data remains confidential and secure during the transfer, maintaining its integrity.

  3. Flexibility: Organizational changes are a part of growth. Our feature ensures that our system evolves with your needs.

โ€ How to Use Account Ownership Transfer:

  1. Navigate to the 'Settings' section on your dashboard.

  2. Choose the 'Users' on the left menu.

  1. SCIM Integration: We are pleased to introduce System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) integration to our platform. This added feature will enable simplified user and group management, helping you automate user data synchronization across different systems. With SCIM, you can now easily manage identities on a large scale, boosting the security and interoperability of your plans. This feature is only available in the Enterprise plan.
